ImgShock is designed to process images in your browser instead of sending image contents to an application server.
Image processing
Selected files are read locally to create previews, dimensions, duplicate hashes, processed images and ZIP exports. Temporary object URLs exist only in your browser session and are released when files are removed or the page closes.
Metadata
Processed exports are redrawn through the browser Canvas API. This typically removes common embedded EXIF and application metadata. ImgShock does not claim to be a forensic metadata-removal tool.
Third-party resources
The site loads JSZip from jsDelivr for ZIP creation. If advertising is configured, the advertising provider may process identifiers, cookies or usage information under its own policies.
Advertising
ImgShock contains clearly-labelled advertising areas. The operator must configure any required consent tools and maintain this notice to match the ad products and regions actually used.
